1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HorusTabs ("the Service"), including the browser extension and the website at horustabs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HorusTabs is a browser session manager that allows you to save, manage, and restore browser sessions. The Service is available as a free tier with core functionality and a paid Pro tier with additional features such as cloud sync.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Using the Service to store or distribute malicious content.
• Reverse-engineering or decompiling the Service.
• Using automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The HorusTabs name, logo, and all related content are the property of HorusTabs. The extension source code is available on GitHub. Your session data remains your property at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

HorusTabs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of the Service. We recommend regularly backing up important session data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove all associated data from our servers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
